Tessa Westhoff

Hello my name is Tessa Westhoff and I am the founder of TW Health & Fitness.

My passion for fitness came at a very young age by participating in every sport I could. I stayed very active all the way through college competing in the javelin on the Pitt State Track and Field team. Through this event I was able to specialize in olympic style weight training helping athletes compete at there best. I currently enjoy running with my dog, hiking, weight training, and biking!

I have 10 years of experience and can provide exercise to anyone no matter the limitation - that part is huge for me and one of my biggest passions. I am precise and welcoming in all that I provide whether in-person or strictly online. Weight loss, strength, flexibility, and functional fitness are only a small bit to the customized exercise program I can provide for you. Let’s get healthy together!

MIRIAM FARBER

Hello, I’m Miriam Farber, a Registered Dietitian with over 18 years of experience and a NASM-trained Personal Trainer for over 6 years.

In grade school, I was thrilled to discover a career that involved healthy eating. As a child, I witnessed the negative impact of poor diet on my family’s health. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively.  I also like to look at how life impacts your nutrition choices. Much of your nutrition work happens outside our sessions, with my support I know you can do it.

I’ve always loved exercise for its positive effects. Though I’ve never won races or competed, I enjoy making sessions fun and functional.

As a dietitian and personal trainer, I continuously seek to improve my counseling and training. The field is ever-evolving.
